Almost 24 Hours In

So its day 2, eyelids are low but spirits are high, we have set up a barricade on a staircase to disrupt senior management and, as of yet, they have not been able to access their offices.

The day started at 7:30, approximately 2 and a half hours after yesterday ended. I managed to drag myself out of my sleeping bag, momentarily confused as to where i was, to find people organising the afore mentioned barricade, i got immendiately involved.

Yesterday was a hectic day, access to the building was relatively easy, and no one has tried to remove us yet. Our one demand: 2 MA Scholarships per year to students of Al Quds University has not yet been met, the warden made us a frankly embarrasing offer, which we frankly rejected.

One of the first actions was to raise the red and black flag on the flag pole, which still flies high.

Later in the evening we organised a 'social' to attract students to the occupation, apparently calling it a party was too informal, i wanted to call it a mash up, but kept the suggestion to myself.

The social lasted into the early hours before we retired to the concrete floor infront of the wardens office.

As i write this i am faced with the annoying situation of either needing more caffeine, or to have not had any caffiene, since the latter is imposible, im off to make coffee, take care, have fun and occupy a building, it fucking easy.
